| | | Why simple is best when it comes to float valves? As engineers most of us are pretty aware of our own failings; often because we have to be keep going on that glorious road of continual improvement we call engineering. One failing that most of us have in common, is looking for the most complex solution to any given problem. But complex isn’t necessarily the name of the game. More often a simple solution will be better, faster and more elegant – and, in a way, those three values are the very essence of good design. When you apply this theory to liquid level control in any kind of tank or container that needs a controlling filling system, the simple and elegant solution can normally be found with our range of float, vertical inflow and submersed float valves. Manufactured in Barcelona by Valvulas CT, the range rarely makes use of complicated or expensive electronic components, instead finding the best solution in simplicity. Best regards, PVL |

| | | The Valvulas 100 AB anti-bubble float valve is one of the company’s best examples of elegant engineering. Made from stainless steel with a black polythene cover, this is a swing type valve with a silicon shutter. The Valve closes progressively, resulting in a more accurate flow into or out of the vessel, and the design process is made easy with a standard connection to a gas thread cylindrical DIN – number ISO 228/1985. | | | The Valvulas 200 EV with vertical inflow is a patented system which guarantees a perfect seal every time. Like the anti-bubble float valve, it offers stainless steel construction, easy connectors and progressive closing. In addition, the 200 EV is available in VITON EPDM or BUNA synthetic rubber, or PTEF thermoplastic resin on demand. As a result, the valve can be manufactured to cope with almost every common float application. Find out more here. | |

| | | Ideal for applications in which one has to regulate the level of fluid, this vertically sliding float is normally fully submersed in the controlled liquid. The 300F is suitable for use in foam type environments and operates at its peak in applications with higher liquid pressures. The device has a nominal pressure of PN – 16 and a maximum variable pressure of 10bar. You can find out more about the product here. | | |
