Flow
switches & flow meters for low flow applications
These
Honsberg flow switches, flow indicators and flowmeters are
specifically designed to monitor and control very low flow
rates for both liquids and gases.
The
Model G flow switch consists of a bronze housing
with a flow tube containing spheres in which
magnets have been embedded. The spheres are
lifted by the flow causing the reedswitch contacts
to open. The Model G is shown fitted with the
optional Din Plug, a cable gland is supplied
as standard.
The
Model MF-003 flow switch consists of a brass
housing with an internally fixed reedswitch
which is activated by a piston in which a magnet
is embedded..
The MF-003 is suitable for gaseous media and
is the smallest flow switch in the PVL range.
The
Model MF-007 flow switch consists of a brass
housing with an external adjustable reedswitch
which is activated by a piston in which a
magnet is embedded.
The
Model RVM flow switch is available with either
a brass or stainless steel body and is fitted
with an externally adjustable reedswitch with
a mini Din plug. Ideal for very low flow rates
down to 5 ml/min the RVM can also withstand
pressures up to 300 bar.
The
Model VF flow indicator consists of a brass or
stainless steel housing fitted with a glass (Duran
50) tube to allow visual confirmation of the flow.
An externally adjustable reedswitch can be supplied
as an option.
The
Model RO flowmeter has all plastic wetted parts
making it ideal for liquids which may be contaminated
by metals. The turbine and optical sensor generates
a high pulse frequency output and an integral
filter is supplied as standard.
The
Model VHZ gear type flowmeter consists of
an aluminium housing and stainless steel gears.
As the Model VHZ operates on the volumetric
principle, it is independent of the liquid
viscosity which makes it ideal for batching
applications etc.
