Balem 132-050 Pressure Reducing & Solenoid Shut-Off Valve:

Model 132-050 consists of basic valve(BALEM 130) and pressure Reducing(Model 562) and Solenoid on-off pilot valve. This valve automatically reduces higher inlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure according to flow rate change and/or inlet pressure change. It is a pressure reducing and solenoid control valve that can control the opening and closing of the basic valve remotely by controling solenoid pilot valve electrically.
